11:00 – 12:00 : Hotel pick-up – Please be ready in the hotel lobby for departure.
12:00 – 12:15 : Depart from Labuan Bajo to Kelor Island by speed boat.
12:15 – 12:45 : Arrive at Kelor Island – Enjoy swimming and a short hike to the viewpoint.
12:45 – 13:00 : Continue the journey to Manjarite Island by speed boat.
13:00 – 14:00 : Arrive at Manjarite Island – Snorkeling and photo session in clear waters.
14:00 – 14:30 : Head to Rinca Island (Komodo).
14:30 – 16:00 : Explore Rinca Island.
16:00 – 16:20 : Cruise to Kalong Island by speed boat.
16:20 – 18:30 : On the spot – Kalong Island Sunset Moment & Bats Experience.
18:30 – 18:50 : Return to Labuan Bajo by speed boat.
18:50 – 19:30 : End of tour – Check out and rest after the trip.
19:30 – 20:00 : Hotel drop-off – Transfer back to your accommodation.

After selecting the boat you wish to book, check the available seats by filling out the form above. You will be connected with our reservation team. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email along with the invoice. You can then proceed with a 50% down payment, and the remaining balance can be paid no later than one day before departure.

After confirming your booking and completing the payment, we will request your personal details.

• For Indonesian citizens: Send a photo of your ID card (KTP).

• For foreign nationals: Send a photo of your passport via WhatsApp.

• For children without an ID card: A photo of the Family Card (KK) is acceptable.

These documents are required for the passenger manifest and to process the official Sailing Permit issued by the Port Authority (KSOP). Your information is securely handled and protected under government confidentiality regulations.

For a smooth and enjoyable trip, be sure to bring essentials such as sunscreen, sunglasses, beach hat, snacks or supplements, extra clothes, swimsuit, hiking sandals, power bank, personal medication, wet wipes, dry bag, Telkomsel SIM card for better signal, and some extra cash.

The destinations visited will follow the itinerary stated in the tour program and are our responsibility, unless changes are required due to weather conditions, on-site circumstances, or temporary closures by authorized institutions or the government.
